Our Accomodations
Arctic Quest offers visitors to the Vesterålen three types of accomodation; house, appartment or tent/caravan/camper. All accomodations are located in Gåsfjorden, 20 km from the city Sortland. With a distance less than 200 meters from the shoreline all accomodations have a fantastic view over the nearby fjords. The area around the Gåsfjorden is suitable for all kinds of activities; fishing (both in fjord and in lakes), hiking, cycling, bird-and sealsafari, whalewatching, photo-excursions and a lot more. In the wintertime it`s the perfect place to experience the northern-lights, go on moose-safari and ice-fishing. Because the accomodations are situated almost in the center of the islands of Vesterålen it`s easy to experience all the islands of both the Vesterålen and the nearby Lofoten islands on daytrips. From her also rent out motorboats and if needed a car.
Our House
The house is located only 200 meter from the shoreline. It has a wooden porch where you can enjoy the view over the fjords around it. The house has 3 bedrooms; 2x2 persons and 1x1 persons, a small but fully equipt kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a big livingroom. This is the perfect base for all kind of holidays!
